January 5: Pre-conference Attendee List distributed to all exhibitors

Cancellation/Reduction in Space Deadlines
Before September 1, 2026: 10% of booth fee retained / 90% refunded
September 1, 2026 – October 15, 2026: 25% of booth fee retained / 75% refunded
After October 15, 2026: 100% of booth fee retained / $0 refunded
